Registration

Individual Registration. To enroll and pay the tuition using Paypal or any major credit card through PayPal, click here. You can also call (503) 799-5132, or email our registrar, Susie Brame, susie.brame@ayeconference.com.

Deposit to hold a place: $400. The non-refundable $400 holds your place until the conference fills and we have at least one person on the waiting list. In that case, we notify you that you have 7 days to pay up or lose your place to someone who pays in full.

Pre-conference tutorial: $500

Post-conference workshop: $500

Conference Tuition: Individual Group (3 or more people from the same organization. Everyone signs up at the same time on the same day)
Early Bird through April 30 $1400 $1300/person
May 1-June 30 $1700 $1400/person
July 1-October 31 $2000 $1700/person
November 1 to the conference $2300 $1900/person

Cancellation Policy. We can accept cancellations before September 1 and before that date we will refund all but $400 of each registration fee to cover administration costs. If you cancel after September 1, we cannot provide a refund. If we find someone to take your place, we will refund everything except your administrative fee of $400.
