MissingAyeThisYear

I won't be attending AYE this year for the first time in 5 or 6 years. I am missing all of you. When people ask me why I like to attend AYE, people who really are close to me and understand me well, my most often said answer is:

People there are really glad to see me, and there are few places that I go where that is the case.

So, I am missing this feeling and event this year. I am in the middle of a career change (retiring from the government) and in the middle of Taking a Long Walk (http://dwaynephillips.net/takingawalk) which is proving to be a joy.

Anyone else out there missing AYE this year?

I am. This will be the first AYE I have not attended. I saw some of you at TWST, CAST and the Satir Global conference. I hope to see some of you at the Satir's Legacy event in February www.satirglobal.org I will be thinking of you this week.

I'm missing this AYE while getting re-acquainted with my right Eye, freshly repaired by cataract surgery and healing quite nicely. I'm looking forward to next year.
