A few tidbits about me:

I am getting married in May 2006, to my best friend (Aaron) of 7.5 years!
We have a happy, healthy 2 year old (Christian), who is actually our nephew; and two cats.
I work at Research In Motion (aka. makers of the BlackBerry), as a Software Test Lead. I have done a lot of work on developing test practices and processes here, and am always looking for new ideas to integrate at work. I directly manage two handfuls of software testers; fresh ideas for keeping them motivated, successful, and interested in growing in their careers are always a plus.
