ConsultantBof

AYE attendees include a fair number of consultants. Would any of you be interested in getting together for an evening to talk shop?

Request clarification, please. By "consultant", do you mean "independent consultant", or "one who consults with clients" -- who might be independent or might be an employee of a consulting firm? Depending on your definition, the conversation could go in quite different directions. -- FionaCharles 14-Jul-2006
Might even be one who consults with clients in the same company they are an employee of? SherryHeinze 2006.07.16
By "consultant", I mean those who consider themselves consultants. Certainly I'm interested in some topics that are most applicable to independent consultants (e.g., finding the next client), but that is not a limiting factor. There are other topics that are probably universal (e.g., finding common ground with the ignorant for a starting point of discussion). I think that the choices of topics will work out at the time. -- GeorgeDinwiddie 2006.07.17
