Pay ‘Hold a place fee’

Then pay:

$ 1000 prior to April 30
$ 1300 prior to June 30
$ 1600 prior to Oct 31
$ 1900 Nov 1 until the conference starts

Note: The $400 holds your place until the conference fills and we have at least one person on the waiting list. In that case, we notify you that you have 7 days to pay up or lose your place to someone who pays in full.

$ 1400 if paid in full prior to April 30
