AYE Helps You Learn About Your Tact Filters
Chris Hoover points to Tact Filters. I laughed out loud.
No one would accuse me of being the Queen of Tact and Diplomacy. On the other hand, I'm a lot more aware of how other people might hear what I say. I rarely have to apologize more than once or twice a week these days--a big improvement.
We help people at AYE learn about their tact filters (and other communication filters) by discussing and using the Satir Interaction Model. Don and Steve will be teaching the model in the tutorial. I'll be using it in some of my sessions, as will Jerry and Esther. I can't vouch for our guest presenters, but I suspect they will be accessing it also.
If you'd like to learn about your tact and other communication filters, join us at AYE this year.
